Customer Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 16th July 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Revalo Buyback Assurance Program operated by Gocollect Technologies Private Limited under the brand name Revalo.

By enrolling in the Revalo Buyback Assurance Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1 Definitions

Company

means Gocollect Technologies Private Limited.

Revalo

means the Company’s buyback assurance platform.

Customer

means the individual enrolling a device under the Program.

Dealer

means an authorized Revalo partner.

Device

means the mobile phone enrolled under the Program.

Buyback Value

means the assured value specified in the Buyback Assurance Certificate, subject to these Terms.

2 Eligibility

The Customer confirms that:

Enrollment is valid only after:

4 Buyback Assurance

Revalo agrees to offer the assured buyback value mentioned in the Buyback Assurance Certificate only if all eligibility conditions are satisfied at the time of claim.

5 Buyback Validity

The assurance remains valid only for the period stated in the Buyback Assurance Certificate (for example, 12, 18, or 24 months). Claims submitted after expiry may not be accepted.

Revalo or its authorized partner may inspect the Device before approving the buyback. The final payable amount is subject to verification under the Program terms.

10 Buyback Payment

Approved buyback payments will be made through the payment method determined by Revalo after successful verification and completion of required formalities.

Revalo may suspend or cancel enrollment if:

12 Limitation of Liability

Revalo’s liability under the Program shall not exceed the assured buyback value stated in the Buyback Assurance Certificate, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

13 Privacy

Customer information will be processed in accordance with Revalo’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Information may be shared with authorized partners only where necessary to provide the Program or comply with legal obligations.

14 Changes to the Program

Revalo may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will not reduce benefits already granted under an existing valid Buyback Assurance Certificate unless required by law or expressly permitted under these Terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

16 Dispute Resolution

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17 Customer Declaration

By enrolling, the Customer confirms that:

The maximum payable amount is the Assured Buyback Value stated in the customer’s Buyback Assurance Certificate. Deductions, if applicable, are calculated from that amount.

Liquid damage detected Up to 30%
Motherboard repaired or replaced Up to 30%
Non-genuine or incompatible parts installed Up to 20%
IMEI mismatch or altered IMEI Claim Rejected
Device reported lost, stolen, or blacklisted Claim Rejected
Activation Lock / Find My Device / FRP not removed Claim Processing Put on Hold until removed

Fraud, forged documents, or misrepresentation Claim Rejected

Important Notes

  1. The total deduction shall not exceed the maximum deduction permitted under the applicable Revalo plan.
  2. Cosmetic wear resulting from normal use may not attract any deduction.
  3. Revalo or its authorized inspection partner will determine the device condition using documented inspection criteria.
  4. Customers will receive a summary of the inspection and applicable deductions before payment is processed.
  5. Devices failing mandatory eligibility requirements (such as IMEI verification or lawful ownership) may not qualify for buyback.
  6. Revalo reserves the right to update this matrix for future enrollments. Any updates will not apply retrospectively to existing certificates unless permitted under the applicable customer agreement.
