1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
We accept returns and offer refunds only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item (wrong model, color, or size)
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons like change of mind, ordering the wrong model by mistake, or dissatisfaction with the look or feel of the product.
2. Return Window
You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
Please email us at support@revalo.in with the following:
- Your Order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the damaged or incorrect product
- An unboxing video (optional but helps speed up the process)
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange:
- A replacement (if available), or
- A full refund to your original payment method
4. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- If requested, the product must be returned to us via a reliable courier
- Return shipping will be covered by Revalo if the issue was caused by us
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved and (if applicable) the product is received back, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
