Cancellation Policy

At Revalo, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and fair for both our customers and our team.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
• If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
• If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
• To request a cancellation, please email us at support@revalo.in with your Order ID as soon as possible.

2. Order Cancellation by Revalo

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following cases:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued
• There are errors in pricing or product information
• The payment was not successfully processed
• The order appears to be fraudulent or suspicious

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund Timeline

Once an eligible cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Actual refund timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
