Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Yes, we offer COD at checkout for select locations. Additional charges may apply.

Yes, orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped. Email us at support@revalo.in as soon as possible for cancellations.

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or if you received the wrong item. You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photos/video proof. Read our Return & Refund Policy for more info.

Currently, we do not offer product exchanges. If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.
